When The Salvation Army first connected with Colenet in 2016, it was to help build a reliable server and a bit of tech support.
Since then, Colenet has become the primary IT service provider for multiple ministry units of The Salvation Army across Southern Ontario. The divisions supported include housing and day programs for adults with disabilities, warehousing and distribution (Toy Mountain) and community mental health support.
Colenet assists through scheduled onsite visits as well as on demand remote support. Examples of these services range from hardware and software sourcing, deployment and upkeep, data storage and backups, networking solutions, end user technical support and many more.
